In May of 2015, Shelby woke up to the quick realization that she was now an adult. She had received her very expensive piece of paper that signified that she was now supposed to be a living, breathing, working, human.

“So what do you want to do?” Her mom asked.

She didn’t want to sit at a desk. She didn’t want to go back to school. She wanted to see the world, eat as many different foods as she could, and to create a life a little less ordinary.

So, she grabbed her passport and her backpack and made her way through 13 countries over the span of 4ish months. It was an unbelievable experience, and something she will never forget.

Now, she’s setting off on a whole different adventure- finding a career, moving out, and navigating adulthood one glass of red at a time. She would love to have you come along!

  1. Hey Shelby just got your blog from your Mom. So fun to see how excited you are about EVERYTHING-well maybe everything other than Adonis! Go figure? Just wanted to say that we stopped at the same crazy ice cream Chin Chin Labs when we were last there. When I heard you were heading to Camden I was hoping you would find this place. Good nose Shelby! Keep having fun!
